Wow. What a process. Garet started his eagle project last June, 2011. Garet asked Valerie Hancock, the Librarian, what he could do for the library for an eagle project. She suggested a few things, but really said she'd love to have an outdoor sign. He then went to Natural Rock Designs and found a great rock and Garet even picked out the design for the rock. With Valerie's approval of the original design, Garet then went in front of the County Council for permission for a memorial-type outdoor sign for the Library. They approved it! It seemed like Garet's project would never be completed, BUT... it was delivered today!!!!! YAY!!!
